Heads up! We're upgrading the generator. Static PDFs available while we improve things.

The least common multiple of two integers is the smallest positive number that is divisible by both of the integers. This calculation is sometimes presented as LCM(a,b), where a and b are the numbers for which we are determing the least common multiple. This calculation is often used to find the lowest common denominator for adding and subtracting fractions.

The least common multiple worksheet maker randomly generates problem sets that students can use for practice determining the LCM of a pair of numbers. The number of problems on each worksheet can be customized from 1 to 40. The number ranges from which the number sets are randomly chosen can go up to 49. Headers on the worksheet are also customizable. The headers can contain blanks for the student name, date, class period and ID. After the worksheet is customized you can download it as a unique PDF with a matching answer key. The PDF can be optimized for US Letter or A4 paper sizes.
