There are many applications for the mole unit in chemistry including balancing chemical equations and calculating the molarity of a chemical in a solution. This customizable and printable worksheet is designed to give students practice calculating from grams of a compound to moles and from moles to grams.

The mole calculation worksheet generator randomly creates up to 10 problems on each worksheet for performing mole calculations. You can customize many aspects of each worksheet. After selecting the number of problems on each worksheet you can choose to convert to moles or from moles to grams. Additionally, you can choose to identify chemicals on the worksheet by their molecular formula, name, or a mixture of both. The headers on the worksheet can also be customized with a blanks for the student name and ID, date, or class period.
